Back to the Blog!

I decided to take a break from blogging...well, to be honest, I began facebook and just started doing that instead of blogging!  However, as the last year went on, I found that I really missed my blog...so I'm going to attempt to get back into it!  Here we go!

I'm going to just pick up now and not attempt to go back and fill in the past year...just too much and I don't wanna...I might do flashbacks now and then...that would be fun, right??

Anyway, it is now December 2010!  How did that happen??  I can hardly believe that Christmas is only 3 days away....Randy and I have a lot of wrapping to do, but we are thankful that for all of the wonderful things that have come to our lives in the past year!  Randy has a great job that he really likes and that is truly a gift.  I have a love/hate relationship with teaching.  I love teaching...I just hate all the crap that goes with it!!!  If I could just teach kids and watch them enjoy learning...my life would be perfect.  Ah well....

Last weekend the girls and I went to my parent's house to enjoy a Henson Family Christmas!  It is always fun to spend time with my family!  I miss them very much!

The all important Amber sticking out her tongue picture...it is a must have Christmas delight! ;)

Me and my Daddy....<3 my Daddy!

My fantastic niece, Jacey!  We got to go to her class Christmas party on Friday afternoon!  She loved getting to show off her cousins to her friends and her teacher was so wonderful to my girls!  It was really fun!

Ah, Paige...what would I ever do without her??

What do you do in Texas in December???  Sidewalk chalk, of course!  I just had to get a picture...

 My dear sister and Mommasita

Paige's version of decorating cookies....shaking the colored sugar until there is a big pile on each cookie!

Jacelyn's version of decorating cookies....placing each individual sugar grain carefully in the exact place she wants it!  Needless to say....Paige's cookies get decorated faster, but Jacey's are darned beautiful! :)

Adams Elementary first Christmas Concert!!  This year was Paige's first school concert and she LOVED it!  I did my best not to cry :)

She totally looked right at me..waited a minute to make sure I was pointing the camera and then struck her "model" pose!  Dang she is cute!

Rachel is my singer!  Both of my girls love to sing, but Rachel really does have a nice voice...I would love to get her into a choir in town.  Anyway, she always loves singing programs!

Ho Ho Ho!!
